Because some people don't want or care to be loyal to their partners.

Some people are not faithful to their partners because something is missing in the realationship and when they have had enough of the lonliness or fighting they reach out for outside support and that's when they aren't loyal, when someone else fills that void for them

Usually, a person cheats because something is lacking in their relationship. Whether it be emotionally or physically.
Of course some just do it for the pleasure only, and thats a shame.
