I suppose you mean vinyl disks?

You can buy "eco-cloths" which you use to carefully wipe them. These should remove most dust and help prevent static.

For more severe dirt use Isopropyl 90% alcohol (not rubbing alcohol) and or distilled water.

You can also buy commercial products such as the nitty gritty system tho' I don't know how eco-friendly they are.

I always used to use soap and water, then rinse well and dry gently. The key is to do everything gently. And be careful not to get the label wet.
