All expressions of Unity exist in all states simultaneously.
Order is even more indelible than implied by the question. The Unity expresses a state of order hence order is an expression of the universal state.
Resolve this on Focus; focus is an expression of the universal state of order.

Existing in a state and existing as a thing having the quality of state is not the same thing. It is possibly contingent on the meaning or facts chosen for definitive description for a thing or person in each person, such that one state is perceived in one person for an other, and a third other may perceive a different state for that one person, the observed or sensed person.

It is possible to exist in more than one state simultaniously. But not at the same time. Mind has extra ordinary power of lying with different thoughts. At those situations it seems like it happens all to gether but it is just a state change of mind.

Perhaps we can, perhaps we are already. But can we perceive more than one state of existence at a time?
And if we don't have the equipment to perceive multiple states, then do they really exist in the first place?

We may at times be infested simultaneously with two exactly opposite emotions arising from the same event. For example, if my son defeats my other son in a duel game and I love both my sons equally!!

it depends on what you mean by state? California? Illinois? Kansas? then answer would be no.
If you mean a state of being..........I wish I understood your questions better.
Do you mean are we on a variety of levels of consciousness?
Do you mean spiritual levels, cognative levels, brain chemistry levels, out of body levels, spiritual levels?
I sure wish I understood your questions better. And am really perplexed why you ask the same things over and over agin.
