whenever i squeeze my nipples a milky liquid comes out. im a guy! and if u guys tell me to see a doctor, this would sound so weird to tell him and it could be normal

Wow dude that doesn't sound right! Guys shouldn't be having that happen! I do wonder however if you have a hormonal imbalance, it sounds like maybe your estrogen shot out of control. It happens with women and testosterone, some of us get high testosterone and get hairy among other things!. So it makes sense that I guy could have his estrogen spike and give him female characteristics, your testosterone could have dropped some too. Having too much estrogen could cause you to lactate, when male babies are born they produce fluid from their breasts for a short time and its from the estrogen they received while living in their mothers body. So it sounds like you may want some hormone testing and to possibly be screened for cancer, like the others said male breast cancer is a very real threat so please don't waste any time scheduling an appointment with your doctor! Milk. Guys have milk glands like girls. If you are a teen, hormonal changes can cause milk production on occasion, several times during your development is not unusual.
Do quit squeezing your nipples, though. That just stimulates them to produce the milk, and also can stimulate the breast area and the nipples to enlarge; my bro did that for some stupid reason, and he had big, swollen nipples for a couple of years as a result. They finally returned to normal, but looked goofy. Keep your hands to yourself, or farther down at least, and don't let anyone suck on your nipples at least for a while.

Guys breast are just like females breast in every regard with the exception that most mens breast are flat. Men can produce milk however this isn't the norm. What you are experiencing is likely a spike in hormonal levels due to puberty and you condition will likely dry up on its own. See your family physician to put your mind at ease.

some guy get this, you should see a doctor and he can better explain this issue. you not the only guy that has this.
it's not a bad thing but you should see a doctor anyway just to make sure that nothing else is wrong.

you should really see a doctor its not normal but its not wierd many men have that i had it but then i got some pills from my doctor VAMOOSE there gone.its what there here for
