Just like in that movie about an alien who came down to earth. He made it so all the electric power was shut down around the world.
This way no country would have the advantage over another.
Maybe man would think twice if we had no missiles, bombers, automobiles, TV, radio, and any means of escalating the war machine...man's greatest threat is his fellow man

i don 't think this is a wmd, but those shoulder rocket launchers always look so cool in the movies. and that's why i want one. bc they look cool.
