Formation of sperms in men is a natural process and is regulated by hormones. There is absolutely no problem in letting out the sperms. Rather this is beneficial to some extent.
There is a capacity of human body up to which it can store sperms. If amount of sperms exceed this amount than it is discharged from the body on its on. People call it night fall and some misunderstood it as some serious medical problem...although it is a natural process.
Many men would love to masturbate and allow the sperms to be released at regular interval and in the process get extreme sexual satisfaction. It helps in taking rid of psychosocial problems.

Nothing. The testes make millions and millions a day. It sounds like you are asking about masturbating. You can masturbate as much as you want---it does not "use up" the sperm. Your body continuously makes more.
