Which country bombed Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941?

It's plain and obvious that Japan was the one that attack Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941. To make a long story short, this happened because US decided to withdrawn and banned it's oil supply to Japan. From this point, the war in Pacific become inevitable since Japan desperately needed oil in order to survive. As a result, Japan tried to seize all the colonized and non-colonized countries along the pacific such as, Indonesia, China, Korea, Malaysia and Singapore so that they could acquire oil to preserve its existence and industralization. To deteriorate their rivalry however, Japan attacked Pearl Harbor as a vengeance to the US because they supressed and undermine the live of Japanese people.

Anyone that says anything but Japan has something wrong with them. If you don't know it was Japan that bombed Pearl Harbor than you need to go back to grade school.

I doubt no one, no matter how stupid, won't know that Japan bombed Pearl Harbor.
Germany was taking over Europe in the European front; the Japanese was the only country to attack on American soil.
France was neutral, I believe.
Britain was allied with the US and fighting Germany at the time.

Germany was on the other side of the world fighting france
France was fighting germany
Britain was getting bombed to death, couldnt bomb the US if they tried
britain and france were allies
