I go to the Arcade and destroy a few civilizations, then I'm okay for a while, don't drink, it's a "Depressant", go destroy worlds on a video screen, don't destroy your life, nobody EVER made a good decision while consuming alcohol, EVER !

I play the piano and drink a glass of good Merlot...it's great! (oh yeah...dark chocolate works well in a pinch too...I always keep a stash with me)
