Whethethe usage of funds OR not, it depends on the contract signed between both organizations while transferring the funds. BCCI can ask for all details if deed says so otherwise not. If there is no deed & written conditions for the usage then Sports ministry is not liable to disclose the details to anyone even not to the Donater. Second thing is "Right to information act 2005". Sports-Ministry is a Government Department so RTI binds it. Under the provisions of the Act, any citizen may request information from a "public authority" (a body of Government or "instrumentality of State") which is required to reply expeditiously or within thirty days. Any Indian can demand any of the financial information about sports-ministry by filing just simple one application. On 'moral grounds', Sports-Ministry should disclose all details of Funds-application, World is not ending today, Sports-Ministry may need any favor from BCCI again in the future.

It is very difficult to save the BCCI from the influence of politics as the system has already been infected by the politics.

Yes, Zee channel has come with an idea to counter BCCI and it is seen with the experience that competition has always resulted into good result. Let us hope for the best.

It's not possible in India. Where is the MONEY..there is POLITICS. BCCI is the richest sports body so it;s hard to avoid politics. Unfortunately.. BCCI is run by cricketers.

Politicians are a necessary evil which you cannot remove from the games governing body. We should adapt to live with it and make them work.

This is virtually impossible in India. Our politicians are money hanckering and they are here only to fill their ockets as much as they can. No one is really bothered how the board is managed and how can we develop the infrastucture. No one really knows how to run it.
