the school is allowed to check the lockers and parking lots and other things because they own them. lockers are used by students but the school owns them. in end the school can search anything that is theirs. and the students do not belong to the school. i know it is stupid.

I dont know why. I know that its allowed to bring in dogs if theres a bomb threat or something. Maybe they just dont have the resources to have dogs in school. Theres a lot more important things for a dogs nose to do than sniffing out possible teen pot heads (like sticking their nose up peoples butts-hehe). Teens wont be arrested for drugs anyway because they're minors. I think its legal to do random searches though (as long as they're not body cavity searches). And its completely legal to search lockers without their consent because lockers are considered school property not the individuals property.

I'v been to 2 schools that have brought sniffer dogs in. One was actually looking for drugs (and it was on two ocassions). The other school brought them in to train the dogs, not to actually look for anything.

Sniffer canines are educated to react to both drugs or explosives in completely diverse strategies. anybody canines will be completely able to bodily detecting quite a few elements - what's important notwithstanding is a severe degree of reliablilty in detection and for that the canines want to be educated. also the behaviour they coach after detection is likewise in accordance with education & varies relying on what they're after. some drugs canines will walk for the time of a pile of bags searching for drugs, or maybe nuzzle or paw at some thing they stumble upon; explosives canines ought to react a lot extra gently - logical truly as you don't need their activity to set off off an explosion. drugs canines at airport are in a lot of circumstances extra seen as that variety of inspection is oftentimes performed contained in the presence of proprietors of the products being checked. Breed received't inevitably be a determinant of what type of sniffer canines it really is.

You would not want my dog to do that, she sniffs every female that's on the rag, and sometimes she will give them a goose in the crotch, with her nose, I never taught her to do that , it's just something that she does
