The person who comes closest to that in my life is my brother. Right now he thinks hes the smartest person in the world because hes gotten a 4.0 GPA for the last 3 years in college and hes graduating magna cu m laude in May. He is full of himself but not to the point where he cant feel the pain of others. Granted he doesnt acknowledge the pain of people he isnt acquainted with but if it was someone he knew I know hed support them in any way he could.

Yes I have known people like that. I think It's sad when someone can't feel or have compassion for another person because they are to busy being full of themselves.
