Yep, the Republicans tried interior the ninety's, and failed, to decrease off investment for the troops in Kosovo. McConell is the worst, as he replaced into element of that and now says how morally incorrect that's to not help the troops. Pathetic.

We weren't fighting terrorists in the Balkans. We weren't fighting anyone who was even a slight threat to our national security in the Balkans. Last time i checked Serbia was not controlled by Islamic extremists who pledged to destroy America.
