Yes I do for example I where sun screen (as much as I hate to put liquidy gump on my skin I need it) whenever I am outside for a longer period of time like playing a sport. I where a hat and longsleeved shirts with long pants whenever it not exactly hot but it is very sunny.

Yessir. I use a spf15 makeup, and hardly ever go outside.
