stomach isnt hard and it isnt to soft sometimes it feels like something is in my stomach i just had hyrdrocele surgery we dont know how it happen but i got it fixed....but a year ago i lifeted up a couch and i strained my back so bad it gave me lots of aches for about 20 mins i couldnt move that good but my back is fine now so what do u guys think it could be?

Yep, you've just been diagnosed with chronic stupidity.
I recommend a full tracheotomy, that way, even if you still have acid in your throat, at least you won't taste it.
