Apparently it works. If it didn't work companies wouldn't pay for advertising.

If they are looking for a role model they are. If the person is sensible ,and lives an ordinary life as many of us do, then they have no need to follow a celebrity's advertisement. It's just like the movies or songs they make. They get paid for them.

Occasionally. I think it's something that happens when you get older, like puberty :P
I remember a few weeks back I was watching this show and a commercial came on with a guy from the show endorsing something and I was thinking of buying it and I stopped and thought 'WTF?! Why do I want to buy this?!'
I think if you admire someone famous then some subconscious thing will make you consider buying the product, cause you want to be like them.

no, advertising to me is purly entertainment. I like smart commercials, but don't purchase anything from advertising alone. As for the celebs, I don't want to be like any of them, I guess that just comes with age . . .

definite very plenty , in recent times there are a number of products with new new technologies names like for splendor cream they're telling sp +15 and for salt idone, iron shakthi and so on , for cleansing soap they're telling aloe vera and a marvelous form of herbs and chemical names and perplexing the buyer to purchase which one . so definitly television classified ads impacts our on a daily basis purchase and makes to us to think of many situations previously we figuring out to purchase that .

A lot of people seem to be. But I'm not one of them. Especially those really thin girls selling things. It's just not normal.
