After we improve our communication skills
:-)
For example, take your question: "When will India got Reputation like Forgein Countries???"
The question is grammatically wrong. Is ths question in past tense or the future tense.
Let's assume, you meant, "When will India GET Reputation like Forgein Countries???"
Still the question is ambiguous. What kind of reputation are you talking about. Good/Bad? Which foreign countries??? Nigeria, Bangladesh, Somalia, Congo, US, UK???
Let's again assume you meant good reputation in terms of development, talent. Then we are much better of then many asian and african countries.
In terms of reputation as corrupt country, we are way ahead of most of the world. As far as reputation as populated country, we are just behind China and very soon (probably by end of 2010) we'll be ahead of them.
So, in the nut-shell, you need to re-phrase your question so others can clearly understand what you are asking.
Such kind of ambiguity and grammatical errors in our communication will not get us good reputation.

i would like to tell u that india is one of the best countries in the world, and it already has a great reputation, please dont think that being more and more westernised is a sign of growth or greatness.really,we indians are funny,we know very well that we are the best in absolutely any given field and we still think low of ourselves.we should concentrate more on our rich culture than running after foreign culture.it is terrible that our bright and brainy youth and ppl are all leaving in search of so called better prospects to other countries instead of uniting and doing something good for india.we are so wrong in doing that.indians are the best any day, where else in the world would u find such wonderful human beings, our rich history of spirituality is unmatched by any other country.i want to say to everyone who is indian that we shouldnt be proud that we have good english accents or anything foreign.but we should be the proudest that we have the merit to be born in india,to be called an indian.be indian, buy indian.it is in our hands to make india even better in all respects.india needs us,and we all just ignore that?poor or rich, ppl are so loving,so spiritual and such gems are found only in india.all the greatest ppl of the world have always been from india.but now it is a deplorable state of events ever since we started aping western culture.foreigners are researching on indian culture, and reading the ramayan in every country.and what are we doing?foreigners actually love indian culture, indian outfits and indian everything.gosh!

You're gramatically incorrect:
It is either :
When will India get a reputation like the foreign countries?
or
When did India get a reputation like the foreign countries?
-- Is that what you mean ??
> give India time, it will progress slowly.

You need to state what reputation you are talking about. Countries have many reputations, some you certainly would like to avoid.

Anita ! I understand what you want to say. But I also feel that we are in great mess. This is correct and me and you knows that we are copying WEST. Be it our language, living style and thinking- we are trying to imitate USA/UK.
I am sure we will be having growths and money...technology like US/UK but you will see other countries will be doing YOGA and MEDITATION.
We Indians are really confused and just see that we are in top 5 - most corrupt counties. What we should expect from such a reputation ?
Still- this golden goose is growing and I am sure we will be living happily.
My only fear is not from any Al- Qayeda but guys like GEORGE BUSH who may feel that me and you are having some chemical weapon or making nuclear power in our homes.
