Nice try Kelly B. The article you cite was written in1999...8 years ago. And your 1st sentence says, "...in time of war." Either you're a complete idiot and don't realize that we were not at war in 1999 (HEY!!! Does 9/11/2001 remind you of anything?), can't read above the 2nd grade level or you knowingly LIED by claiming the news article you cited was during war when you knew is wasn't. You said .. "Read it yourself" Guess what? I did read it and it proved the opposite of what you claim it says.

My guess is it you don't know the year of 9/1l, can barely read and you lied.. You have no concept of what year 9/11 occurred and you made up the lie about President Bush and the funding. As for reading...ha.

Oh, yes. Your second to last sentence? What the hell is an"...exist strategy"? You don't even know what the word exist means or you wouldn't use it in that sentence. Your school district teaching standards must suck. And you final sentence is dumber than the previous one. Clearly English is NOT your primary language.

The Republicans did not support Clinton's actions in Kosovo because there was no reason for the US to get involved in their Civil War. They posed no threat to the US. Clinton only went into Kosovo to take attention off of the whole Monica Lewinsky impeachment thing.
