Ideas: Fun, active things to do for a 16th birthday party in Southern California!!!?

I was trying to find like a zipline/canopy tour type of thing, which may sound dumb because Southern California is like flat. But doing that in Mexico was the most fun that i have ever had, so please suggestions on stuff like that. It's for a 16th birthday party, mine actually its coming up, and i'm stuck and out of ideas. I really don't want to have a huge party or anything like on tv. I'm thinking 30 people, but that could change. I would like to do something extremely fun and that would keep everyone busy. NO AWKWARD MOMENTS. My family is willing to go pretty far. Probably like four hours at most away from Orange County. Help would be so helpful. I need creative, unforgettable ideas!
