Yea I got to go with the first three and say Monsters Ball is pretty hot. 9 songs is ok, but it's really boring and involves a ton of fast forwarding (the last scene is an explicit sex scene though)
Also recommend The Dreamers, the NC-17 cut and Sex and Lucia aka Sexo y Lucia, the Unrated copy.

"Wild Things" with Matt Dillion and Denise Richards.
"Basic Instinct" is another top contender.
"Bound" starring Gina Gershon and Jennifer Tilly has the best lesbian sex scene I have ever seen. Look for the unrated version.
For "best kinky scene," my vote goes to "The Secretary" starring Maggie Gellienyall. "Eyes Wide Shut" is a distant second.

There is a movie called 9 songs. It is baically dirty porn but it is a French arty/festival film and you can get it at the video store. No holds barred, you see evrything.
