Who has sucked the most over the last 2 decades? Royals? Orioles? Rockies? Brewers? Expos/Nationals? Any others?

Three teams have not made the post-season in the last 20 years: Royals (last appearance 1985), Brewers (1982) and Expos/Nationals (1981)

Until last year it was my Tigers but now I'd say it's the Royals.

Well, I would have to go with the Royals. The Expos probably would've won the East in 94. They've had some decent seasons in there. Orioles have been real bad too, but they've actually tried. Brewers are on their way up. Nice young club. Especially in a very winnable division. Royals not so much of any of that.
I would also like to add the Yankees to that. Only because I really dislike them. :) Nice question.

All the teams you have listed made the playoffs at least once in the last 20 years. Except the Brewers. They have to be the worst. Take out 1990-1992, and you can add the Pirates.

I don't know if ththese teams are disgraceful, dissappointing yes. Two of the teams on the list that haven't made the playoffs in the last 2 decades got screwed. Montreal and Kansas City would have been playoff teams in 1994 except for the strike that ended the season.\
GO ROYALS!!!!!

Expos would have made the playoffs if the strike hadn't happened. I'll exclude the Rockies and Nationals, not enough under their belts yet. I'd say the Royals have yucked it up followed by the Brew Crew.

It’s hard to say a team that has only been in the league for 9 years as the worst but the Tampa Bay Devil Rays have a .398 winning percentage have never had a winning record, and if you ask me have no shot at winning anything in the next 11 years. After that I would have to say the Colorado Rockies 465 winning percentage who have never won their division and made the playoffs once in their 14 years, and that was as a wild card team.

I think that Kansas City does not get enough attention for sucking so bad.
Sometimes I forget that they are even a real team!
