I cant concentrate on stuff that I do everyday!! So frustrating!
Ok heres the problem..I get good 7-8hrs of sleep. When I wake up, my eyes are fine. But after 1 hour or so, my eyes are startin to feel tired, this would last for the rest of the day. And while my eyes are tired...im at school, so I try to do my homework, but I cant concentrate. Not only doing work but watching tv as well, it seems like im not interestin of watching anything, or do anyhting... Ever wonder why?

Get your eyes checked - you may need a new prescription.

Go to a doctor & describe your symptoms. You might need a blood test to check your thyroid levels. Low thyroid can cause tiredness & inability to concentrate. If this is the case, the doctor can prescribe some pills. (not expensive, not hard to do)

The problem is not with your concentration alone. You may be thinking on multiple task or issues simultaneously. Doing this will surely reduce your concentration and make you tired. To avoid becoming tired soon, you keep on change your works for every hour or so.. and do one work at a time.. try doing something that you enjoy while being tired. Above all your thought is more important.. Always think you are brisky even in times when you think you are not..

It may be that you're just physically tired rather than something with your eyes. Try making sure that you eat a healthy breakfast every morning, and that you don't feel hungry or thirsty throughout the day - have a bottle of water (juice or energy drinks might be better) with you during school. Take breaks by going for a walk, even if it's just pacing around the room, or by flexing your body.

try cutting down on the TV time, because staring at a screen or moniter 4 2 long can hurt your eyes. maybe you're getting too little or too much sleep. do you actually physically feel tired or are you just emotionally drained or are your eyes just tired? if things dont improve, you should see your doctor. do you wear or need glasses? maybe you should check your vision, too.
