The punctuation marks after Good Night, ( i.e, !? ), probably mean that the globe is round, and night does not descend upon everyone, simultaneously. Ms. Smarty wished the world Good Night, as per the local time, at her place, and made the point abundantly clear, by means of those punctuation marks, used intelligently and , of course, "smartly!"

Good Night!! Sounds like you are getting to bed late because it is 12:33 AM here. I don't know what part of the world that you are located in... I hope you don't have alot to accomplish because you may not get a whole lot of sleep. I am a stay at home Mom so I can nap alittle. You have a nice Friday and keep your smiling face on.
