Ugly is as ugly does. Being mean and deliberately cruel. Being inconsiderate, rude or deliberately ignorant. Pushing to the front instead of waiting, looking down your nose at the less fortunate.
As to how a person looks I think what goes on in their head and heart shows on their face. I have an overweight friend who glows with inner peace, and conventionally beautiful friend who's face reflects the constant unrest, and dissatisfaction with her life.
Beauty is in the soul. Remember the story of Beauty and the Beast?

I don't feel there are any ugly people. Some have some flaws, but those can be overcome. How? Beauty comes from within. And I say within, meaning the heart. If they have beauty coming from their heart, then they are a beautiful person. Looks come and go, but beauty from the heart can stay forever.

someone who is cocky and ignorant...and maybe if they have a wierd off-balance face structure...and im not saying fat people..cuz heavy people can look good too even with the extra pounds
