First you need to complete a 4 year degree at a basic university..
Then apply for and be accepted to a law school 2 year program..
Then study for an pass the bar review in your state.. Each state has a diferent exam and to practice law in a stqate you must pass thier exam... If you don't pass you can retake the exam as many times as necessary with a waiting period between each exam...
My brother is an attorney (Lawyer) it took him 7 years total to complete all aspects and pass the bar exam...
My brother went to BYU university, then BYU law school... He now practices law in Arizona although he has also passed the exams to practice in Texas and Nevada... The Texas and Nevada bar exams were taken after the 7 years while he was already practicing law in Arizona..

it takes 4 years of college, 3 to 4 years of law school, take the bar exam do, intern ship and pass the bar so roughly 8 to 10 years. You can start out as a paralegal then be an independent paralegal, and just do litigations and you can't represent anyone. Holla at me and I'll let you know more I am a independent paralegal.

No. Law school is intense and demanding. Those who are slackers will not make it. Law practice is also intense and demanding. You will lose cases if you are disorganized and a slacker. That is the simple truth from a guy who has practiced trial law for 35 years. Now, all hope is not lost. YOU can change. If you change your attitude everything else will fall in place. Laziness and disorganization arise from a "don't care" attitude. If you begin to care about YOUR FUTURE then the attitude will change. I challenge you to do this. You can only win on this challenge!

In America, it's four years of college followed by three years of law school full-time, or four years if you go at night. Then you have to pass the bar exam. You will need to learn how to write and spell, too, btw.
