Scott Steiner turning on Rick Steiner and joining the NWO.
Scott Hall betraying Kevin Nash and jumping from NWO Wolfpac to NWO Hollywood.
"Mr. Perfect" Curt Hennig betraying the Four Horsemen and joining NWO Hollywood.
Triple H and Chyna betraying Degeneration X and joining the Corporation.
Steve Austin betraying Team WWE and joining Team WCW/ECW.

tag team betrayal would be when shawn michaels backstabbed marty jannetty and threw him through the barber shop window... that was a huge moment back then as is still regarded as the most famous (or infamous, depending on your point of view) tag team betrayal in wrestling history... stable betrayal? i guess when evolution turned on orton... i was expecting that to happen in a way... no other stable betrayals stick out in my mind though

When The Rock was a part of The Nation and I think it was D-Lo and maybe Mark Henry in the ring against the Undertaker and Kane, Rock comes down to make the save, and is standing int the ring against Taker and Kane alone, when Henry and D-LO leave him there and turn on him, there by turnign on the rock and making him face. Didn't see it coming because I didn't excpect D-Lo and Henry to turn on him when he was doing something heroic. Classic heel move and turned the Rock face.
Bang, bang.

I think when HHH betrayed Shawn Michaels in 2002,when on Raw and when they were doing the DX sign HHH pedigreed him.
Also when the Corporation betrayed the Rock and when Hogan went to NWO.

i think when HHH turnen on xpac.
during wrestlemain. don't know which one but xpac was wrestling shane for the eurpean title. and hhh turned on xpac.
