My question is, how would you define a first kiss? Could it be on the cheek? Neck? Lips? etc...

The lips of course. The neck is a little step too far for a first "kiss".

Technically, a first kiss could be any of those, bu generally people mean the first lip to lip kiss.

I would say my first kiss would be on the lips.
I mean, a peck doesn't really account for anything. That you can do when you're red-chili pepper dared to do it.
A full on lips kiss is a first kiss to me.
But, of course, it depends on how long i've known the guy.

For me first kiss is on the lips and w/the tongue. (Didn't mean for that to sound gross)
I think a peck on the cheek or neck is just friendly but can't be considered a first kiss..

Lips. You can't go wrong. Besides, a kiss on the lips tells you alto. If the person is a good kisser. It tells experience. It also tell you if the person like you or just giving you a smack just to be kind and not to hurt your feelings. Also it tells if the person is shy. However if they go straight to the tongue, it means they want to .......

I would say lips, but that moment of eye contact before the kiss is what really decides if it is real.

sorry but i always thought of a first kiss as a swack on the lips, but it coooood b a little more intimate than that
if u wanted to break the rules...i guess cheek counts aaaand neck
