I'm over at my girlfriends right now and we are bored and she's wanting to dress me up like a girl. She wants to dress me up like Eva Longoria, Jessica Biel, Jessica Alba, or Christina Aguilera. Should i let her and who? she wants to do everything...outfits, hair, nails, makeup, even underwear. should i go for it? she's wanting outfit ideas to.

I agree with an above post that you should let her dress you up to be the girl you can be, not like some starlet.
As for what to wear, it would be boring to wear pants for this experience, so suggest to her something really girly, one of her dresses or a nice skirt and blouse.
If she has a bridesmaid or prom gown that you could fit into, that would be the ultimate experience for you. You should try some of her heels, see if you could get the hang of walking in them.
Have fun, and just think, you are going to be given the chance to understand why it takes girls so long to get ready. Sounds like you already have one of the first problems, deciding what to wear! LOL! :)

Haha...ok...go christina Aguilera,her look right now is pretty the easiest one to copy.
For hair,curls,sideparted.If you're willing to dye,try a very light blonde,maybe even bleach.
For makeup,go for a very classic look. Maybe a little eyeliner,lots of mascara,and tons of bright red lipstick.
For earrings,go big and glamorous. Try large hoops,etc.
For outfits,a flirty white dress is what I see her wearing alot.

How old are the two of you? Hey, if this is just a little dress up and your both comfortable with that - go for it. Don't get photos taken though - they can come back to haunt you.
BTW its really annoying if your friend looks better in your clothes than you do!!!
