Tell me about yourself.
What the truck are you meant to say? Do you be honest, and say stuff like - well my boyfriend and I had great kinky sex before I came here, I pick my nose while no-one's looking, I don't wash my hands after using the toilet, I am pretty lazy and would rather just fool around on the internet all day than do any work...
If I'm asked that, I give the standard answer - I'm 22, live with my boyfriend, I like to keep fit, read, listen to music, hang out with my family and friends.

Mine is also the "Where do you see yourself in five years?" I want to answer, "The heck out of here and with a real job." But usually say something like, "Fulfilling the job requirements here and moving up in the company."

What didn't you like about you last job?
What are your flaws?
You can't tell them you hated your job or boss, so I would say I was not challenged or felt unfulfilled.
The other I don't want to come off as arrogant and say " I have none" but I would like to build more self confidence personally.

The "name a situation you faced that challenged you, and describe how you handled it."
I've had boring, non-challenging jobs, so this is always a goofy one. What do I do, answer, "I discovered that the names starting with Mc were alpha-filed under the M's instead of in their own McFolder, and so I had to go through and manually adjust the filing."
It sounds lame because it is lame.

Come on, I'm here to sell myself to you, I don't wanna give away my flaws! So I try and think of something besides "none" that still wouldn't make me look like a complete loser.

i hate that question i just wanna scream BECAUSE I NEED MONEY but i usually just say because i heard its a good company to work for and everyone seems very nice and its a good place to work
