I don't get why they are the ones that do not fit with the other shapes.

Took me a while, but I think I got it (I scored 150 with your hint on the last one!)
All of the other squggles start (end?) level with the rectangle and end (start?) just above or below it. The fifth one starts and ends level with the rectangle. The sixth doesn't start or end level.
Whew. I think there is now smoke coming out of my ears! :)

That was a cool test, got a 125. Of course I got the last one from you, so I might be 115. That one was really mind boggling. I looked at it before I took the test and have no clue why. You might want to check the people that put out that test and see where the logic is. It's kind of fun to do these just to see if I'm a idiot or not, lol!
