I think Obama is more knowledgeable followed by Hillary ,Bill Richardson , thus the better candidate should be Obama but in American politics Clinton stands a better chance to win

You've hit the nail on the head. "If you had to". At the end of the day, we are always put in a position to "have to" choose between the lesser of two evils when it comes to Presidential politics. I think that applies to everyone on your list. I'd rather this Country wasn't run by political science majors.
