i might be pregnant but i'm still working out & using my ablounge would this hurt or kill the baby i might be carring?

If your pregnancy (if you are pregnant) is trouble-free, most doctors often allow sit ups until the end of the first trimester and some up until the end of the 4th month. Believe me, your body will tell you when you can't do them anymore!

You are fine at least through the first trimester. Once you determine that you are pregnant, ask your obstetrician for his/her recommendations so you know how long you may do them.

Generally excerise while pregnant is good, however Im not sure about the ablounge.

Why not just stop using it, do some other excersises and get a preg test asap?

I doubt it would kill it, but it may cause some problems for you or the baby.

Get to the DR asap. Dont put it off.

Why not take a pregnancy test? What's the point of sitting around worrying about whether or not you are pregnant, when you can just take a test? Then, you'll want to see your doctor and get the kind of advice you need.

It's possible that it could hurt and jeopardize the baby's health. But once you find out if you are, check with your doctor to see what workout is acceptable.
