TO THE PERSON WHO SAID "DONT OBSESS"

I am pretty damn sure I was abuse as a small child. I remember things and there is other evidence too.
So get off your fr*gging high horse

didnt "mess around" or do any kind of physical activity...unless sitting down all day counts.
I am talking about when I was about 8, there appeared to be no hymen. Some friends and I looked at medical books and diagrams and stuff so I was curious.

this brings back bad memories for me. I even had a doctor check me for a physical and told my mother I was sexually active, I was a virgin, however that was many many years ago. Now they know that you can "lose" your hymen from a bicycle accident, horse back riding, active lifestyle, etc. etc. Dont worry about it. You know and that is all that matters.

No, I have not heard this, but I have learned that a hymen can break during sports, a fall, a hit, excessive flexibility, "messing around" and a number of other things.

Some women are born without a hymen. Your lack of a hymen is not evidence of sexual abuse.

Yes. There are women who are born with no hymen.

How could you possibly know that??

Even if it's true, there are many ways to break a hymen.

And besides...what real difference does it make??

Don't obsess on your hymen. It makes you look .... just don't obsess on your hymen, sis.

As I understand it, it's not unheard of or necessarily uncommon even.

Don't have any actual statistics handy though (nor would I even know where to begin looking for them).

Do you remember feeling any sort of pain, if you do you broke it yourself with the tampon.
