Can a bank tell a forged money order right from the start?

I know there is alot of scams going on out there and I am on top of my game.I have just received a tracking number for a $3500.00 money order which I get to keep 10% of that.I am going to take it the bank,but I am going to make it plain to them about it,so if it is counterfeit,I will not get into any trouble.I am just wondering are there ways that they will know if it is counterfeit on the same day.If it isn't then I could make a pretty good living doing this,but if it is,well back to square 1.

Not not right away unless they have gotten one similar and know what to look for!

I would not try that though!
