I like listning to songs that seem to reflect exactally to my life, like I'm the one singing the song, and those words are actually coming from my heart, mushy huh? There are alot of great songs out there that I don't listen too cuz the meaning of the song doesn't fit the life situation I'm in.
What are your imputs?

I do that... I listen to love songs if I've met or seen a person I like that day, those songs are "Without You" by Mötley Crüe, "Angel" by Aerosmith, and "The Love Song" by Marilyn Manson... If I had one of those happy days I'll spend hours listening to Jane's Addiction... and If I have a bad day I'll listen to death metal, and some Marilyn Manson... there is some music that goes with a normal day such as Black Sabbath and Guns N' Roses and Def Leppard!

Well I'm stucked in the 80´s, so when I need to cheer up a little bit I listen to all that music, but I don't really care about the lyrics, just about the rhythm

I just listen to songs that sound good, and I'm always in the mood to listen to a song I like.

I know what you mean! Sometimes when i'm sad or stressed, i listen to slow r&b only (robin thicke, beyonce, ne-yo, etc), when i'm in a bitchy mood or a fighting mood i play music that hypes me up (remy ma, t.i., wayne, etc), and when im happy, i'll play music that i can dance to (dj unk, cupid, e-40, akon, etc) i also love listening to lyrics with real meaning..you know the songs that send chills up your spine or give you goosebumps.

yes, i so do.
my day is based on just how i am feeling as does my music choice.
i might be having an alice cooper day
or
i might be having a janis joplin day
or
jimmy buffett (depending on the weather)
or
black sabbath
or
countin' crows
then, there are days when i just have to get the led out.
and other days where i have to have nelly or parliament or earth, wind and fire or the commodores.
heck, somedays, i just want to listen to, dare i say, country.
it just all depends on how i am feeling that day.
my music is as diverse as the day is long.

yeah, i agree with you 100%. when im kinda depressed and down, i'll listen to "what i got" by Sublime. its such a great song!! it cheers me up almost instantly. and when im in a good mood i'll listen to something like "closing time" by Semisonic, and when im kinda like blehhhh, i'll listen to something like "prayer of the refugee" by Rise Against. so yeah, the songs change as my mood changes.

I think it jus depends on da person, cause I dont listen to certain music in any different mood.I always listen to da same stuff.Yadadamean.Hope it helps..

when i'm playing my pokemon mystery red game or any of my pokemon games i listen to heavy metal music or rock on the music choice channels
