I have a parking facility for heavy duty trucks and would like to find a sample contract for this type of facility

Katy Texas Storage is all I could find that had a contract right on the site. Mind, this is in Texas, but they charge $80 a month for 18 wheelers and $50 a month for RVs, boats and trailers. Attached is their site and a link to the contracts. It may benefit you to check you local laws to verify that the contract would be binding.
