Well. when you think about it, actually, a person's name is chosen by their parents and can be later changed by themselves, so you have the right to choose your own first name [but not your last] when you get older so you can choose your name to be any of the 12 months of the year, whether is a well known one like June, or a not so well-known one like November.

Well, really a person's name can be anything they (or their parents) choose (take Prince's infinity symbol). The most common are April, May, June and August. March is a common last name. I would say 4 commonly, and 12 possibly.

January, April, May, June, and August are all ones I've heard of as a first name. I've heard of November as a middle name, but that was a while ago and as a result of a certain situation.

I have a friend name June, and December, as well as April, and my best friends brothers step Dad is named July. I have an Aunt May and her sisters name is Augusta. My friend named her baby september. I also have an Aunt June.

I've seen April, May, June, July, August, and January...no others, but hey, I wouldn't be surprised if some celebrity named their child another month!
