I loved A Tale of Two Cities, so I will pick that one. I never read Catch 22 so I cant give an opinion on that.

Catch-22 changed my life. Tale of Two Cities deserves to be read because it's a classic and a great story but Catch-22 is brilliant and pushes you beyond what you are and what you think you know.

I'd do the harder read first - A Tale of Two Cities - then read Catch 22.
Of the two, I prefer Catch 22.

A Tale of Two Cities is best and will still be read long after Catch 22 is forgotten. Read whichever one first that strikes your fancy.

They are like comparing apples and giraffes. But I would read Catch 22 first. 'Tale of Two Cities takes time and focus. Catch 22 is a fun read. Pax - C
