what is the bolt pattern on my 95 subaru impreza sport l awd. they are 14 inch tires with 4 bolt, i need to know are they 4x100 or 4x108, or anything else, and will any other mag with this bolt pattern fit?

Measure them yourself. then you can get what you need .Measure from the center of 1 hole to the center of the one across the center hole in the wheel. You then know the answer yourself and your self esteem will rise inside giving you a warm ,happy feeling that only those who work on their own car with their own hands feel inside.
