Allen Iverson is one of the greatest ballplayers ever. He is disadvantaged by his height but still plays like he's one of the big dogs. Although I believe he is a great player, basketball is a team sport and I do not think that A.I. is taking the team part of the game seriously. According to his ex-coach, he does not show up to practice, and I think that one's ability to work with his team is also a factor in being a "great" ballplayer. One thing for sure is: Allen Iverson is NOT a good speaker at all.

YEA, And at only 31 he is also already 27th in scoring ALL time! Their has never been another 6 foot tall player, who could flat out score like he can!

when i first read the question, i thought "no...not one of the greatest ever, he's just a mediocre NBA player"...that was my first thought. but after reading ur paragraph about his credentials i realized how good he is.
