dont have xp disk. also get no drivers installed ? any ideas?

Do you have a data disk in the diskette or CD/DVD drive?
About the only other things I can suggest are:
go into the CMOS setup and make sure the hard drive is in the bootup sequence.
If you had emergency boot diskettes you might be able to get to a command prompt.
Type HELP and explore those commands.
(If you are lucky) the Windows XP distribution might be on your hard drive. I do not know how to run the recovery console from there though.

You have a virus. You need to contact the manufacturer of the lap top and get a disk, they run about $20 or go to the OS manufacturer and request one.
