Here's the real "problem" with the countries of the Middle East; They're ALL "brothers" from the same family -who believe that THEY are the chosen "first born". Now that's an argument that will NEVER be settled...-but they're constantly fighting each other & jockeying for that "1st Place" position anyway. When we invaded Iraq, we toppled the guy (Sadam) who ruthlessly "kept the peace". Now WE'RE in the middle of that fight- and the surrounding Arab nations are sneaking in aid to help THEIR respective "brother" to take over control of Iraq. Soo..-NONE of this is going to end, until WE get out of Iraq, and Iraq internally "battles it out" within itself- to determine its own destiny. And with Bush vowing to "stay the course", none of that's going to happen for as long as he's President.

The sad thing in my point of view is that Kuwait is helping iraqi people, oh and believe me, our company is one of them and seeing the reaction of Iraqi people. Not only was kuwait raped by iraqi people but even after forgiving such a thing, after trying to help iraqis we have women screaming at our workers that this is not charity but it is obligation on kuwaities to do that since Iraq owns kuwait. Now tell me, even after seeing this reaction a bunch of times we still continue to do it for the kids but if you were in this situation how would you feel? how would you feel when you have iraqis abusing kuwiatis ? i am not generalizing but it does not help when you are on the giving side and having people bash you over.

Yes. The Sunni-oriented nations like Saudi Arabia and a few others are backing the Sunni-led insurgency, and nations like Syria and Iran are quietly backing the Shiite militias.
