Throw out the P5N32, not a good overclocking chipset, unless of course you plan to run SLI, then it becomes a necessity to have an nVidia chipset. As for the other two, really both are overpriced boards with extra feature you really don't need. The P5B Deluxe has everything you will need, but of these listed go with the Commando.

I don't know the difference in overclocking performance. You'll have to read the reviews. If you have NVidia graphics cards, get the second one since it's SLI-compatible. If you want to use ATI Crossfire, you'll need a different board since those other two are PCI-E x16+x4. You need x8+x8 or x16+x16 for Crossfire to really work.
I hope you didn't buy your E6600 yet because a price drop is scheduled for later this month.

I really can't decide, I guess the Asus P5N32-SLI Premium. Running the e6600 also on an Intel DG965 but OC'ing isn't really my thing, maybe some day.
