Kant felt
"A good will is one that acts from duty in accordance with the universal moral law that the autonomous human being freely gives itself"

he felt that the good lies within the human, is part of them,,,,,, and one should treat humanity as they would theirselves , just because it is the "good " thing to do,,, not to achieve any goal

Mill felt that all we do, is geared towards achieving what we desire,, and we all desire happiness,,,,,,,,,,,
