Without gameshark, there hasn't been any new nintendo events announced, however, there is another way to get it. You have to go to the Pokemon Center in New York City and go to one of their joyspots where you can download the aurora ticket into your game.

Other than that, you'll need gameshark or action replay.

without gameshark it`s impossible to get the aurora ticket cause that event happended years ago your best chance to get the aurora ticket would be to get a gameshark
