Adding them gives you 1 +2i, which is in the first quadrant.

quadrent 1 =(-,+)
quadrent 2 =(+,+)
quadrent 3 =(-,-)
quadrent 4 = (-,+)
sorry but datz all i know i'm really into math but I'M ONLY in 6th grade, i'm really good at it so i'm allready in pre-aljebra
it's easy 4 me but i need something WAY more challenging
and i studied quadrents in 3rd grade & a lil' in 4th grde so datz all I could get at the moment !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
