It is very suspicious when someone "loses" something that is the very thing that will prove or disprove something.

Gonzales' skin color means nothing. We are talking about political corruption. If the man can defend himself, he has nothing to worry about.

Under President Clinton, White House aides used separate equipment for political spadework but did not have separate accounts.

Now what on earth makes you say that these fine, upstanding Christian gentlemen are lying? And especially when one of these gentlemen is such a fine entertainer, too.
Shame on you, you anti-American communist!
The Lord will smite you mightily.

They have to be lying!

It has been reported that Cheney's office monitors all emails with in the White House.

There is a server there some where that has everything on the hard drive some where, unless they intentionally crashed the system and installed new drives.

I think the FBI should be called in to assist then if getting the trashed data off of the hard drives! We The People know that the information is there somewhere and we are not being served by BushCo and their constant lies.

If the Over Sight Committee gets this information and it is not all blacked out with executive privilege claimed through out, the lid to Pandora's Box will be blown off of BushCo!

Why does Clinton get a pass for firing 93 prosecutors, one prosecutor in Arkansas was pursuing a criminal investigation of whitewater. That position was filled by a "friend of Bill" and the investigation was dropped. Bush fires 9, all of whom had completed their terms, and none were working any cases related to the administration.

Yes. They just don't want to "give it up".

And in the age of e-mail recovery, you can't just simply 'lose' certain e-mails--because it may politically inconvenient the GOP.

They can be recovered rather easily.

Bush, Rove, and Gonzales are just trying the "stupid" route.

Given the track record of this administration in general, I think there is little debate about the answer to your question.

However, they are not lost. Unless they used specialized software designed for permanent irrecoverable deletion, then those emails still exist in some form somewhere.

Yea, its total bull crap. This reeks of conspiracy with cloak and dagger. Kind of sad that they are hiding this from congress and the American people.
