I don't think it is only because if they are going to make him step down, make Al and Jesse step down. it is only fair. I don't think Umus was right to say it but that is no reason to be fired.

The only reason Al and Jesse made a big deal out of it was because they wanted to help themselves to the attention.

I always feel that a person is entitled to their opinion. I believe he should have been suspended and have to take some sensitivity classes. People say out of the way things all the time, it's human nature, and some people don't have any tact at all. But I don't think he should have been fired. I remember when Jesse Jackson called part of New York by a derogatory name for Jewish people, and now he's upset because someone did the same thing he did. That's like the pot calling the kettle black in my eyes.

i think it was fair because he just showed how "professional" he is on live by making racist remarks. Maybe now he learned his lesson.
