Entertainment Recruiting
Ladies and Gentlemen, Boys and Girls ... we bring Disney magic to life in ways that renew the spirit, fire the imagination, and touch each heart.
The WALT DISNEY WORLD® Resort offers the finest in family entertainment. To accomplish this goal we actively recruit Cast Members for roles such as characters/parade performers/puppeteers, singers, dancers, musical theater performers, musicians, stunt performers, stage technicians, actors, actors with athletic skills, gymnasts, tumblers, and acrobats.

I really don't know, but I'll warn you, they pay HORRIBLE and have outrageous demands of their employees. I had a couple of friends that worked down there for a summer and they came back the most bitter people I've ever seen. If you still wanna do it, check out the Disney website for employment opportunities, but I don't know if you'll have much luck since you're under 16.

Look up WDW college program or attend one of the WDW character auditions in Orlando. Be ready to endure the 110 degree temperatures in the costumes if going in summer. I worked there for six months back in 2004 in Front-Desk at a MGM studios restaurant, my roomate was a character--tiger to be exact!
