...why should they even be allowed to breath the same air as real americans?

Been asking the same question, Fox News is a Republican support channel, so they find ways to keep people watching their broadcast, and they have to rely on people who really want to watch what's going on in Politics, so CNN and Fox News are the main channels to provide that to them. Now, CNN keeps airing Larry King, who is showing a person who has been in the news all day, and the public is fed up with, not to mention, he's boring and it shows that he's just been doing his job far too long to even make a would be great interview even mildly interesting. So people turn to Fox, and lo and behold, there's Hannity and Colmes, Colmes job is now to just say good bye to whatever guest is on, he's supposed to be Fox's Democratic Sympathizer, but if you notice you will see that he comes to Hannity's defense 90% of the time, and doesn't allow the guests or himself to point out the obvious, that Hannity is exactly what we expect from a Bush supporter, a man who makes his point by talking over his guests, who doesn't allow anyone to say anything out loud that doesn't coincide with his views, and probably edits his interviews in the case of that happening as well. He then calls anyone who refuses to come onto his show and defend their position, a liar, and puts them down in front of America. This is how a coward, with no spine works, which is in keeping with the Bush administration. I wouldn't go on his show, unless he was allowed to ask a question, and was gagged long enough for me to complete my answer. Believe me, it would never be agreed to, so I never have to worry about being asked onto this show. As for Rush, I thought he was dead, is he still alive? I don't know where his station is, and I don't intend to find out, do yourself a favor and lose that channel. Funny how no rating will cancel a show faster than watching and complaining. Take his ratings away, and he goes away, spread it around.

Typical question from a yellow Liberal. You talk a good game about civil rights and freedom of speech, until someone says something you don't agree with, then you think you should have the power to silence them. You know in Germany in the 1930's they had a name for your view of the world...

It could be that they offer a different opinion than your own but I know how tempting it is for the likes of you to get rid of everyone that doesn't agree with you. Maybe you should go stick your head in a bucket of cold water because you seem to be overheating.

I would think freedom of speech should be enough of a reason.
I recall a Quote by Larry Flint " If the First Amendment will protect a scumbag like me, it will protect all of you."

Because they evidently irritate the heck out of you. That is reason enough to keep them on the air. Can you feel your blood boiling? Can you feel your arteries constricting? That's it continue to hate! Now are you not satisfied at how uptight you are?

I wouldn't care at-all if they didn't try to pass off their hate-speech as news....

But they have the right to say what they want...Freedom of Speech is important...

Imagine all of the science books that Christians would burn if they were given the chance to censor speech.

PS:: All you conservatives might notice that most of the liberals in this post have responded by defending freedom of speech. If this had been a conservative questions, all the other conservatives would merely have accented the anger...Obviously, the person who posted the question was a little p-ed off....but we don't go trying to enflame him.
