when i try to delete my partition it comes up saying i put in the wrong volume label. but i can't figure out what other thing it could be. it looks like A1, but the 1 does't look like the 1 you type in, can ne one tell me if theirs another #/letter that looks like a 1? i tryed (L,I and a couple others) please help me. thx

under the Volume Label it says Al so when I try to put what the label is, i can't do a lower case L. is their a way to make the L lowercased? I pressed enter, leaving the Vo;ume Label blank, it still says its the wrong Volume.

why do you want to delete it?If you are going to install another OS the disk will do it for you automatically

you are able to desire to let us know what that's you attempt to do. you're unlikely to get an truthfully efficient answer with out giving us that information. Why do not you purely delete the partition from the disk supervisor? Or use a partitioning device?

their is no lab if you don't remember the label name. then their is none. just press enter don't type any thing it will go on and delete it. just remember that if you delete it you lose all of your data.

Why not just do a quick format and give it an empty label?
